What You’ll Do
Define and lead the architecture of PrismaX’s core platform and infrastructure
Build and scale backend systems powering tele-operation, robotics data collection, and data delivery to clients
Work closely with robotics hardware to integrate control systems and data capture workflows
Lead technical decision-making and establish engineering best practices
Hire, mentor, and guide engineers as the team grows
Ensure high standards of reliability, performance, and system scalability
Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to execute technical roadmap

Strong backend engineering experience with languages such as Python, Java, Rust, or C++
