PrismaX is building the data backbone for the next generation of AI and robotics. We’re looking for a Software Engineer Lead to take the wheel of our core platform. This isn't just a coding role—it’s an invitation to architect the infrastructure that powers real-world tele-operation and autonomous systems.

You will

  • Define and lead the architecture of PrismaX’s core platform and infrastructure.


  • Build and scale backend systems that power teleoperation, robotics data collection, and data delivery to clients.


  • Work closely with robotics hardware to integrate control systems and data capture workflows.


  • Lead technical decision-making and establish engineering best practices.


  • Hire, mentor, and guide engineers as the team grows.


  • Ensure high standards of reliability, performance, and system scalability.


  • Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to execute technical roadmap.

You must have

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems.


  • Strong backend engineering experience with languages such as Python, Java, Rust, or C++.


  • Experience designing scalable, distributed, or real-time systems.


  • Strong system design and architectural skills.


  • Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).


  • Experience owning and delivering complex technical systems end-to-end.


  • Ability to operate independently and take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
