PrismaX Product Updates: Q1 2026
Apr 2, 2026

In Q1 2026, we focused on strengthening the operating experience across PrismaX. This included expanding infrastructure support, improving system performance, and introducing a more structured Robot Control Center that better reflects how teleoperation is used in practice.
These updates are centered on reliability, clarity, and scalability. The goal is to reduce friction in day-to-day operation while supporting higher-volume usage across training, competition, and partner activations.
Infrastructure and Multi-Chain Support
We expanded PrismaX’s infrastructure to improve compatibility, reliability, and system performance across environments.
MetaMask Solana Integration: MetaMask is now supported on the Solana network, extending multi-chain compatibility.
Base Mini App Improvements: Improved stability and reliability for the PrismaX Mini App on Base, resulting in more consistent session performance.
Performance Optimization: Introduced caching across key services to reduce server load and speed up interactions.
Security Enhancements: Completed a system-wide security review with updated authorization checks across API endpoints.
Teleoperation Experience Improvements
We made several updates to improve session reliability, reduce user error, and provide better visibility into queue state.
Queue Positioning Accuracy Fixes: Resolved inconsistencies in queue positioning so users see accurate, real-time placement during high traffic periods.
Queue Notifications: Added notifications at key thresholds, helping to reduce missed sessions and improve operator readiness.
Leave Queue Confirmation: Added confirmation when exiting the queue to prevent accidental loss of position.
Points Calculation Accuracy: Updated logic for both session points and daily totals to ensure consistency and correct attribution of operator activity.
Session Reliability Fixes: Fixed queue lock issue at 00:00 remaining time, reduced delays when initializing teleoperation streams, and corrected inconsistencies in session start behavior.
Robot Control Center Update
We introduced a restructured Robot Control Center to better reflect how different environments are used across training, high-volume sessions, and special activations.
Training Arm Gold (renamed from previous Training Arm)
Training Arm Black (new)
Arena Arm (renamed from Buddy Arm)
Private Arm (new, invite-only)
The Training Arms are designed for skill development and repeat practice. The Arena Arm is designed for higher-throughput usage. The Private Arm is reserved for controlled environments such as events, partner activations, and competition formats.
This structure introduces clearer access logic while increasing total system capacity and reducing congestion.
Account & Identity Updates
We expanded the account system to support user identity and coordination across the network. Users can now remove or relink their X/Twitter account and display their Discord ID. Linking X, Discord, and Telegram enables contributor recognition and direct outreach for collaborations. These updates improve visibility across operators and strengthen the participation layer.
